In the initial phase of AGORA, we were tasked with building a prototype for a project that could be developed around the vegetable gardens in Parc Rigot and bring new life to this little-used area of Geneva, which is home to high-profile organisations such as the United Nations Organisation (UN) and other frequented buildings such as the Sismondi school and the Centre d'hébergement collectif de Rigot. The park is known for its potential and the aim was to attract people.

Therefore the project that we imagined was to complement a platform built years earlier that was not frequently used due to its lack of protection against adverse weather conditions, such as strong sunlight or rain. Bearing in mind the location, we also imagined incorporating a storage system for the nearby vegetable garden as well as a rammed earth cooking place, thereby transforming this platform into a place of social exchange.
